Corporal Marlena Hansen was assigned to retrieve a folder containing updates to the top secret research program called The Condor Project. It was a highly classified study that only few in the upper echelons of the military even knew about. After Marlena meets the man, Theo Morgan, in charge of The Condor Project she senses that things are not right but before she can escape he grabs and binds her with tape. Soon they are on the run trying to stay one step ahead of the miltary as Theo tries to implement his plan of getting a billion dollars for "The Condor Project" and poor Marlena.
