Erica Campbell wasn't just a tough boss, she was mean, lazy and completely unfair to the employees that worked under her. When Edna is fired for doing nothing wrong she snaps and grabs her bitchy ex-boss in the parking structure, drags Erica into her car and takes her to her house.
